• Members are fully responsible for all activities that take place within their account.
• Your account password must be unique, strong, and not shared with any other party.

• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ayo788 support team immediately.
• Change of account ownership name is not permitted under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Payments

Ayo788 supports multiple deposit methods including FPX, DuitNow, bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the chosen payment method.

5 Withdrawal

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• Information provided during registration is found to be false or fraudulent.
• KYC process could not be completed within the required timeframe.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ayo788 support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned upon completion of the review.

12 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law
